Beach Toys/Canopy/Etc.
Feel free to use any of the beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, canopies, etc. We ask that you use the water hose outside the house or by the pool to wash off any sand before putting them back in the garage.
Smoking Policy
NO smoking in the house, this includes the garage.
Parking
Two parking spaces in front of the garage. Additional parking in front of the pool and at the end of each building.
Trash
Please do not leave trash in any trash cans Large Garbage Bin is located at the front of the property by the road. All trash can be disposed of here. hen you leave.
Golf Cart
Golf Cart is included. Must refuel before departure or $30 refuel charge. The gas tank is under the middle seat. Wash all sand off the golf cart (including frame). Cart already has the required beach parking sticker. DO NOT DRIVE ON HWY. 361. DO NOT CROSS HWY. 361. YOU WILL BE TICKETED.
House Cleaning
An additional $150 cleaning fee will be added to each booking to cover the cost of the cleaning ladies.
No Pets
Sorry, do not bring little rover. Many of our guests are allergic to pet dander.

THE BEACH
One reason people come to Port Aransas is to enjoy the 6.3 miles of beach along the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Fires

Small campfires 3ft. x 3ft. are allowed on the beach. Please use water to extinguish.

The City of Port Aransas provides trashcans along the beach to keep litter from spoiling the beach scene.

Between the sand dunes and the wooden post markers, the beach is a two-lane Texas roadway, subject to all applicable traffic laws.

From the posts to the waterline, people can kick back and relax, read, enjoy the sun and play beach games (Frisbee, volleyball, football).

The water is great for swimming, bodysurfing, boogie boarding, and surfing.
Beach Permits
Parking a car on the beach requires a $12 annual sticker that can be purchased at City Hall (710 W. Avenue A), our local grocery store Family Center IGA, from local convenience stores or from vendors located on the beach. The sticker allows the vehicle to park along the beach from the City Limit at Marker D near the Horace Caldwell Pier through Port Aransas Beach to the Kleberg County line (south of Bob Hall Pier) making it valid in Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. Stickers are valid January 1st through December 31st. Free Parking areas in the City limits include between the Jetties and Marker D and between Mile Markers 52-58.
Surf Rescue/Lifeguards
Under the Parks and Recreation Department, Port Aransas Beach Guards oversee the beach area between Marker D and Marker 9
